Shipping & Delivery
This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.
Printed to order. Every poster and every product is printed for you only after you place your order, wherever possible at a print shop near you. This way we avoid overproduction and long transport routes.
Delivery time
- Production: usually 2-5 working days
- Shipping within Germany and the EU: usually 2-7 working days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA and other countries: usually 5-14 working days
For payment in advance, the delivery time begins on the day after the payment order is issued; for all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If you order several items, they may arrive from different print shops in separate parcels; this does not incur any additional costs for you.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the product and the country of delivery. They are shown in full in the shopping cart and before you complete your order. All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs.
Customs
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import charges and customs duties may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
Transport damage
If an item arrives damaged, please send us a photo at contact@urban-cartoonery.com. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
