(1) Our products are printed on demand after you place your order and shipped directly to you by our print partners. Delivery times can be found on the Shipping & Delivery page and on the product pages.

(3) Please report obvious transport damage as soon as possible with a photo to contact@urban-cartoonery.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.
§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 13 Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
